Patricia Lechten's love for animals has been the motivation behind her 26-year career

THORNTON, ONTARIO, CANADA, January 27, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Patricia Lechten, Veterinarian and Owner of Allandale Veterinary Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in veterinary services.
Dr. Lechten is the sole owner of a five-doctor veterinary practice that has been voted the best animal hospital in Barrie, Ontario, for the past two years. During her 26-year career, she has a special interest in small animal reproduction. Her daily duties include providing quality care to her patients and performing critical surgeries.
Dr. Lechten earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri in 1985. To keep abreast of changes in her field, she holds memberships to the American Animal Hospital Association, Ontario Veterinary Medical Association and Canadian Veterinarian Medical Association. In the future, she hopes to establish a facility, continue working with small animal reproduction and turn her hospital into a self-run practice.
