Ms. Masters processes incoming medical records and brings specimens to hospitals

Ms. Masters has amassed more than 15 years of professional experience, and in her capacity as a medical records coordinator, she is responsible for handling the processing of incoming medical records and the completion of record requests for insurance companies, patients, lawyers and subpoenas. She brings specimens to hospitals, manages daily outgoing mail, and maintains supplies for the office. She also serves as a resource for problem resolution. She has been with Virginia Surgical Associates for the past 11 years.

Ms. Masters is known for her independent nature.
