As the owner of her consulting firm, Ms. Kramer has over 26 years of healthcare experience in management, home care, acute care, medical-surgical nursing, and oncology care. In addition to being an expert on clinical standards of care, policies and procedures, staffing, accreditation, and risk management; she can expertly review and interpret medical and nursing issues in any case involving injury, health or illness. On a daily basis, she is responsible for managing operations, networking, organizing meetings and marketing. Before starting her business, she gained experience as a registered nurse and vice president of clinical services. She attributes her success to her life experience, hard work, dedication, integrity and passion for her profession.

Ms. Kramer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Los Angeles Campus of the University of Phoenix in 1994. She has recently completed a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant designation at the Vickie Milazzo Institute. A non-attorney associate member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, she is affiliated with the California Chapter of The American Nurses Association, Inc., the National Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
