An endodontist is a dentist who specializes in Non-Surgical and Surgical Root Canal Therapy. An endodontist has an additional two to three years training beyond general dentistry. Dr. Gascoigne earned her certification in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University in port Lauderdale, Florida. Her general dental degree was received from Howard University Dental School in Washington DC, followed by a general practice residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.

Over the years, she has volunteered her services in Jamaica, Guatemala and Israel. She believes in helping the underserved and is devoted to continuing her volunteer services.

With eight years experience in dental medicine, Dr. Roxene S. Gascoigne, is a well-respected root canal specialist who worked for a few years in Plantation, Florida as in associate with Dr. Samuel Dorn, world-renowned endodontist. She then pursued her dreams of having her own endodontic practice, East Hills Endodontics.

East Hills Endodontics was formerly Feldman and Pobiner DDS, a well-established practice for over 30 years in Roslyn Heights, New York. Dr. Gascoigne has earned the respect of her referring dentists in the area by delivering quality care, professionalism and good ethics.

Dr. Gascoigne's professional affiliations include: American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, Jamaica Dental Association. Nassau County Dental Society, Long Island Dental Study Club, Glen Cove Study Club and Progressive Study Club.

For her compassion and love for the specialty and education, in a few years Dc Gascoigne aspires to dedicate half day per week to teach part-time at either Columbia University or New York Unioversity Dental Schools.
