For the past 12 years, Mark A. Malzahn has served as a physician assistant for renowned orthopedist, Dr. John Frost. After having completed extensive training as a physician assistant with the United States Army and retiring after 25 years of service, Mr. Malzahn joined Dr. Frost's practice and quickly became a recognized authority on the treatment of orthopedic conditions, especially knee injuries. On a daily basis, he can be found assisting patients with rehabilitative treatment as well as pre and post-operative recovery. For five months out of the year, Mr. Malzahn stands in for Dr. Frost during his absence and is charged with ensuring that the practice runs efficiently. He is proud to be trusted with this responsibility and makes a conscious effort to work closely with fellow staff members including nurses and administrative personnel.

Additionally, Mr. Malzahn participates in Project Access, which is a program designed to provide medical assistance for uninsured members of the community. He also lends his extensive industry knowledge to Wayland Baptist University as an adjunct professor for those students enrolled in healthcare administration courses. Mr. Malzahn holds a master's degree in organizational management from the University of La Verne and a bachelor of science in healthcare administration from Wayland Baptist University.
