Ms. Dawson, a company's data coordinator for clinical data management, has been overseeing query resolutions and clinical research studies for the past seven years. Her 11 years of field experience is also utilized as she handles the administrative tasks required for clients' hip, knee and shoulder replacements.

In 2010, Ms. Dawson was the recipient of the Encore Award from Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. Through her determination, and the support of her friends and family members, she has also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology. She intends to continue her education and learn more about the manufacturing and implantation of hip replacements. Ms. Dawson retains memberships to the Kosciusko Association for Female Enrichment and the Society for Clinical Data Management.
