Now on his fourth year in private practice, Dr. Vladimir is recognized as a specialist in the treatment of lower extremity vascular conditions and laser atherectomy. Originally from Romania, Dr. Vladimir received his MD from Bucharest's Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 1998.
