Dr. Padley has seven years of professional experience in arthroscopic and reconstruction surgery, working in the clinic, healthcare center and the emergency room. Before pursuing medicine, he was a volunteer firefighter and helicopter paramedic. He became involved in his profession because he was influenced by his mother, who was in the healthcare industry and attributes his success to his strong Christian faith and to his family ties.

In 2002, Dr. Padley received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his internship at the Medical Center of Independence, his residency at St. Mary's Medical Center and his fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at The Methodist Hospital - Texas Medical Center, Houston.
