With more than 16 years of professional experience, Dr. Bye specializes in dental implants and periodontics. As periodontist, she is responsible for performing dental implant surgery, including jaw reconstruction, bone grafting, gum grafting and sinus lift. She considers completing a specialty program with Dr. Carl Misch at The Misch International Implant Institute in 2004 to be the highlight of her career, and attributes her success to working hard and being goal-oriented. She stays current with the trends in her profession by enrolling in numerous continuing education courses.

Dr. Bye received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Maryland in 1985 followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1989. She completed her general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in 1990. In 1992, she earned her Master of Science in Periodontology from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Dr. Bye became a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Academy of Periodontology in 1996 and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2002. She aspires to continue to develop her level of expertise in the field of periodontics and implantology.
